Submission Rules
| This is not a general web directory. First and foremost, this is a "Real Estate" directory, and as such we only accept websites or articles that clearly fit the theme of the directory. Note: If you submit a website or article that does not fit the theme of the directory it will be rejected. The only exception to this rule is if your website is primarily selling products or services. In this case you must choose at least a regular listing as business websites are not listed for free. Inclusion to the directory is free with a reciprocal link, and the link to your website in the directory is search engine friendly. For a small fee, a reciprocal link is not required. We do offer Featured Links for a modest fee which will highlight your site in the directory and place your site at the top area of the category, above regular links. We offer both regular and featured links in our newest category: Hobby Marketplace. This is an area where users will look to purchase hobby related items. We also offer several types of paid advertising - see our Advertising Info page for details. All submissions are reviewed by the staff. We reserve the right to reject any submission. Follow these rules and your site should be approved. Fail to follow any of these rules, and your listing will be rejected.
Depending on the backlog of submissions it can take several days or more before your submission is reviewed, however we are generally able to review all submissions within 24 hours. If your site is accepted you will receive an approval email. |
